Content Guidelines

These guidelines are here to preserve the spirit of DudesNude and to make sure that everyone has a fun time without causing offense to others. They apply to everything on DudesNude, including but not limited to photos, videos, talk/chat, camming, messages, forum contributions, profile text etc.

PROFILE ACTIVATION CRITERIA

  • A public profile picture showing some nudity is required for membership (visible to members only, not guests).
  • This means a minimum of one photo with at least your shirt off.
  • These activation photos do not require genital or rear nudity.
  • Your face does not have to be visible.
  • Activation photos cannot just be a close up or highly cropped pic of any body part. They must include at least your whole torso from either front or back.

WHAT’S ALLOWED & WHAT ISN’T ?

  • We welcome all content that is legal in the USA and/or Europe
  • We prohibit any content that goes beyond the bounds of what most people are likely to consider acceptable.
  • All subjects must be – and APPEAR TO BE – over 18 years of age.
  • All subjects must give upload consent. By uploading photos, you affirm that you have their consent to do so.
  • Content featuring scat, blood, incest, bestiality, violence or forced/extreme sex is prohibited.
  • Content that could be construed as advertising goods, services, or pay websites is prohibited, with the exception of personal JustForFans, OnlyFans, and 4MyFans.
  • Content that has been altered, retouched or otherwise changed so as to present a deceptive image is prohibited.
  • Memes, graphics, drawings, paintings, art, landscapes, pets, or other non-human photos are prohibited on the site, except in the Forum.

PHOTO VERIFICATION

If you verify your identity using the “Get Verified” feature, for security purposes, DO NOT upload your verification photo to your public or private profile. It should only be uploaded using the private verification page.

We reserve the right to revoke “Verified” status if the user appears to have outdated or edited photos, or for any similar reason.

CAM ROOM RULES

The Cam Room is live. These rules cover your stream, the room chat, whispers, private 1-on-1 cam chats and who you invite. Everything in the Content Guidelines above applies to camming in full – these are the extras that only matter when the camera is on.

WHO CAN BE ON CAMERA

  • Everyone on camera must be – and APPEAR TO BE – over 18. That includes anyone in the background, clothed or not. Anyone who is or appears to be under 18 in frame ends the stream and the account, and is reported to the authorities.
  • Everyone on camera must know they are live on DudesNude and have agreed to it. Partners, roommates, fuck buddies: ask first. Someone asleep or passed out cannot agree.
  • Don't broadcast from places where strangers can end up in the picture.

LIVE MEANS LIVE

  • Your cam shows you, live. No pre-recorded loops, no virtual cams playing videos, no streams lifted from other sites, no AI-generated or altered video.
  • No recording, screenshots or screen capture of another member's stream, the room chat or whispers. What happens in the room stays in the room. The one exception: a screengrab sent with a report to support@dudesnude.com, and nowhere else.
  • No rebroadcasting. Don't relay a DudesNude cam to another site or share it with anyone outside the room.

NO METER, NO MENU

  • There are no tips, tokens or goals in the Cam Room, and no asking for them. Don't request money, gifts or anything else in return for going live or showing more.
  • Your profile may mention your personal JustForFans, OnlyFans or 4MyFans (see above). Your stream and the room chat may not: no plugs, no overlays, no "find me at…".

SAME CONTENT RULES, LIVE

  • What's prohibited in photos and videos is prohibited on cam: scat, blood, incest, bestiality, violence, forced/extreme sex.
  • No drug use on camera, and no drug references in the room chat.
  • Anything visible in your frame – signs, screens, printouts – counts as content you published.

ROOM CHAT & WHISPERS

  • Be civil. Don't say anything a reasonable person would consider personal abuse or hate speech.
  • Respect each other. Don't harass or grief anyone, impersonate people, or expose their private information – no real names, workplaces, locations or "I saw him on cam" posts anywhere else on DudesNude.
  • No means no. One "cam on?" is a question; the fifth is harassment. Unanswered whispers are an answer.
  • Respect the room. No spam, no links, no flooding the chat.

YOUR CAM, YOUR CALL

  • Being removed from a stream is not a sanction – it's the broadcaster's choice. Don't argue it, don't retaliate, and don't come back on another account.
  • Viewers are visible. You watch as yourself, under your own profile.

IF YOU SEE A PROBLEM, REPORT IT

  • Don't reply, don't pile on. Report the stream or the member. Best is including a screengrab to support@dudesnude.com.
  • Live can't be rewound: report while it's happening and name the member.
  • Moderators do not preview streams. The Cam Room is run on trust in the community and on your reports.

SANCTIONS

Members who don't abide by these rules may lose access to the Cam Room, temporarily or permanently. They can expect:

  • A first warning
  • A temporary exclusion from the Cam Room (15 days)
  • A final warning including longer exclusion
  • Permanent exclusion

Exclusions apply immediately and without warning – to the whole DudesNude account, not just the Cam Room – for anyone under 18 in frame, anyone on camera without their consent, and recording or rebroadcasting other members.
