Verified Members

Real people. Real photos. Real conversations.

DudesNude has been verifying members since long before "verified" became a status symbol on social media. We run two layers of verification — one required at sign-up that proves you're a real human, and one optional that adds a trusted signal to your profile.

Layer 1 · Required

Liveness verified at sign-up

A quick selfie or short video at sign-up, powered by ShuftiPro. Confirms there's a real human at the keyboard. Bots literally can't pass.

Layer 2 · Optional

Profile verified by humans

The blue checkmark next to your username — a real DudesNude admin checks the photo's really you. We've been doing this since long before social media copied the idea.

Layer 1 — Liveness Verification at sign-up

Every new account on DudesNude goes through a liveness check before the profile is fully activated. We partner with ShuftiPro to handle it. The check is a quick selfie or short video — it confirms in seconds that there's a real, of-age human at the keyboard, not a script or a bot.

This is required, not optional. Without it, the profile doesn't go live. That's the whole point: bots don't pass liveness checks. Real dudes do.

Here's what happens:

  1. 1

You provide an email and start a profile. Nothing's public yet — no surface for bots to land on.

  2. 2

    Liveness check

A quick selfie or short video, processed by ShuftiPro. Confirms you're real and roughly of-age.

  3. 3

    Human admin review

One of our admins gives the profile a final look. Within 24 hours, you're live and ready to use the site.

In some countries this kind of verification is now a legal requirement for adult sites. For us it's more than that — it's about keeping the space safe, real, and respectful from the very first day someone joins.

Layer 2 — The Blue Checkmark (optional)

DudesNude has been using a blue verification badge on profiles since the early years of the community — years before social media made the little blue check a status symbol. The idea wasn't new when Twitter "invented" it; it started in communities like ours, where trust between members actually mattered.

Here's how it works:

  • A member sends in a verification photo through the help portal.
  • Our team — actual humans, not algorithms — reviews it.
  • The blue checkmark appears next to your username, visible to everyone.

The blue check is voluntary. You don't need it to use the site. But it builds trust fast — especially for cam, photo trades, and meet-ups. When another dude sees the badge next to your name, he knows the photos really belong to the person behind them.

It's a small thing. It's also one of the reasons DudesNude has stayed real while other platforms drowned in fake profiles.

Why two layers, not one

Each layer answers a different question.

  • Liveness verification answers "is this person a real, of-age human?"
  • The blue checkmark answers "is this profile really this person?"

Together they cover the two failure modes that ruin every other gay platform:

  • Bots and underage users — handled by Layer 1 at sign-up. No exceptions.
  • Catfish profiles — handled by Layer 2 when members opt in.

The trade-off is a small wait at sign-up — usually under 24 hours for the human admin review. The payoff is a community where you know who you're actually talking to.

And one more thing — when something slips through, a human handles it

Sometimes a bad profile gets past both layers. That's where the community comes in. If you spot something sketchy, you can flag it — and your report goes to a real person, not an algorithm. That means fairer decisions and fewer mistakes. A computer can't tell the difference between a spammer and a guy making a weird joke. We can.
